• No exchanges or refunds on any jewelry item.

If there is an error due to the customer’s choice of ring size, we allow exchanges for the same product (shipping costs borne by the customer).

• In case of our error, corrections made, and we cover shipping/delivery costs.
• No order modifications post-delivery except in specific cases.

• The Gulf and worldwide delivery: 3-7 business days .
