جميع المبيعات نهائية

لا يوجد استبدال أو استرجاع لأي قطعة مجوهرات

يرجى التحقق من طلبك قبل الشراء لضمان أنه يتوافق مع تفضيلاتك

إذا كان هناك خطأ بسبب اختيار العميل لمقاس الخاتم، نسمح بالاستبدال بنفس المنتج (مع تحمل العميل لتكاليف الشحن)

في حال حدوث خطأ من جانبنا، يتم تصحيحه مع تحملنا لتكاليف الشحن والتوصيل

لا يمكن تعديل الطلبات بعد التسليم، إلا في حالات استثنائية تحددها الإدارة

نود أن نلفت انتباهكم إلى أنه نظرًا لأن القطع تُصنع يدويًا بعناية، قد توجد بعض الفروقات الطفيفة بين القطع الفردية أثناء عملية الإنتاج. ومع ذلك، نؤكد لكم أن المجموعة ستصل بتصميم كامل ومتناسق تمامًا كما هو معروض.

التوصيل داخل الإمارات: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل

التوصيل لدول الخليج وبقية دول العالم: من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل

• قد تحدث تأخيرات خلال العطلات الرسمية، لذا يُنصح بالتحقق قبل تقديم الطلب

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية رسوم التخليص الجمركي والضرائب في دول الخليج والدول الأخرى

Return and Refund Policy
 
We take pride in crafting and delivering jewelry with utmost care. Our policy ensures transparency and includes:
 
1. All Sales Final:
– No exchanges or refunds on any jewelry item.
– Verify your order before purchasing to ensure it meets your preferences.
 
If there is an error due to the customer’s choice of ring size, we allow exchanges for the same product (shipping costs borne by the customer).
 
– In case of our error, corrections made, and we cover shipping/delivery costs.
 
– No order modifications post-delivery except in specific cases.
 
-‏We would like to highlight that, as the pieces are meticulously handcrafted, there may be slight differences between individual pieces during the production process. However, we assure you that the set will arrive as a complete and perfectly matching design, just as shown.
 
Additional Notes:
– UAE delivery:2-5  business days.
– The Gulf and worldwide delivery: 3-7 business days .
– Possible delays during holidays, please check before ordering.
– Customer responsible for customs clearance and taxes in Gulf and worldwide countries.
 
2. Warranty Policy:
– 1-year warranty from purchase date.
– Warranty excludes damage due to misuse.
– Replacement due to manufacturing defects with shipping/delivery cost covered by us.
 
– Product evaluation and replacement based on inspection report after receipt.
